You have the right to request personal information related to you to be deleted, subject to certain exceptions outlined in our Notice at Collection & Privacy Policy. The deletion of your personal information can be done as described below. Such information will be deleted once you complete the steps with the instructions to reset or delete your device Advertising ID.
To delete the personal information, we have been collecting on you until now, you may either:
(a) Reset your device Advertising ID or
(b) Delete your device Advertising ID.
Both actions are available from your Android device’s Settings menu > Google > Ads.
To block personalized ads on iOS go to Settings >Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and Turn off Personalized Ads.
When we delete personal information related to you that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases. Although we will deactivate your account, we will continue to retain the personal information related to you for legitimate business purposes as set forth above and as permitted under applicable privacy laws.
You can also stop using our services at any time; thereafter, we will stop collecting personal information related to you. Please follow the steps below to remove our app from your device:
§ Step 1: Open the Settings on your app.
§ Step 2: Select the “Apps” or “Apps & Notifications ”or “Application Manager” option.
§ Step 3: You may need to select “See All Apps” to view all opened applications.
§ Step 4: Tap the application you wish to force close or uninstall, then tap ‘Uninstall’.
You may also remove any mobile application installed on your device via our services through the setting option on your device, and, by doing so, disable our services on your device. Upon disabling our services’ app, the services will no longer be available to you, and we will no longer process any personal information related to you.
